Email marketing consultancy Red Pill Email has launched a free job-search site.
John Caldwell, CEO of Red Pill, outlined the service in an email to The Magill Report:
“Employers can post basic listings for free and review an unlimited number of candidate resumes. Candidates may post their resumes, search, and respond to job posts for free,” wrote Caldwell.
“Employers can upgrade their job listings to a ‘Priority Listing’ that display above basic listings for $15 for30 days, and for another $5 they can upgrade further to include ‘Featured’ status to their Priority job listing.
“Job seekers and candidates can post their resumes for free, browse job listings, and set up email alerts when new jobs are posted that meet their own custom criteria.
“If no jobs meeting the candidates search criteria are found on the site, SimplyHired.com will backfill search results that most closely match the candidate’s criteria.
“For $15 a job seeker’s resume will be shown above the average search results and will be marked with a different background color for 30 days.”
